1. General
This policy governs the cancellation and refund conditions for the digital QR menu subscription service provided by Lucapixel at dinematik.com. The service is a digital subscription service that does not involve the delivery of a physical product and that offers a free trial before purchase.
2. Free Trial Period
- The service is offered with a 7 (seven) day free trial before purchase.
- During the trial period no fee is charged; the customer can evaluate the service without buying it.
- Transition to a paid plan at the end of the trial occurs only with the customer's explicit choice and payment. No automatic charge is made when the trial ends.
3. Subscription, Renewal and Cancellation
- Subscriptions have no auto-renewal. A subscription ends automatically at the end of the paid period.
- A customer who wishes to continue renews their subscription by paying for a new period.
- Therefore no separate "cancellation" action is required; the subscription ends on its own when not renewed. You may also contact us at any time to request closure of your account.
4. Refund Conditions
- Since a free trial is offered before purchase, the customer can try and evaluate the service before making any payment.
- As the service is a digital service activated instantly after payment, refunds are, as a rule, not provided after activation.
- If the service cannot be provided at all due to a technical reason attributable solely to the Seller, the fee for the unused period is refunded.
- Legal provisions and exceptions regarding the right of withdrawal (instantly performed digital services) are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement.
5. Refund Timing and Method
Where a refund is due in exceptional cases, the approved amount is returned via the original payment method. For credit card payments, the refund is reflected to your card usually within 14 days, subject to the processes of the licensed payment institution (iyzico) and the relevant bank. For bank transfer / EFT payments, the refund is made to the IBAN you provide.
