These Terms of Use (the "Agreement") govern the use of the digital QR menu service (the "Service" / "Platform") provided at dinematik.com by Lucapixel (the "Service Provider") and the business/user who registers for and uses the Service (the "User"). By registering or using the Service, you accept these terms.
Dinematik is a cloud-based (SaaS) software service that enables businesses to create digital menus, share them via QR codes, receive orders and waiter calls, collect feedback, and manage this data through an admin panel. The Service is intended for businesses (B2B).
All software, design, trademarks, logos and content of the Platform belong to the Service Provider and are protected by applicable law. Content uploaded by the User remains the User's property; the User grants permission to process such content for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Service is offered through the subscription plans and fees stated on the website. Current prices are published on the Platform.
The Service Provider makes reasonable efforts to deliver the Service without interruption or error; however, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or technical requirements. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the scope of the Service and this Agreement with prior notice.
The Service is provided "as is". The Service Provider shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the User's misuse, interruptions caused by third-party providers (servers, payment infrastructure, etc.) or force majeure. In any case, the Service Provider's total liability is limited to the subscription fee paid by the User for the relevant period.
The User may terminate this Agreement at any time by cancelling their subscription. The Service Provider may suspend or terminate the account in case of breach of this Agreement. Data retention and deletion after termination are subject to the Privacy Policy.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Agreement.
